I want you to be delighted with your purchase, whether it's a T-shirt, a digital download, or a custom illustration. Because each type of purchase works a little differently, I've explained everything below.

Physical Products

Physical products sold through the Gainful Bhaji store are made to order and fulfilled by trusted production partners through Fourthwall.

Cancellations

If you've changed your mind, you can edit or cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email before production begins.

Once production has started, your order can no longer be cancelled because it has been made specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges

As products are printed to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Ordering the wrong colour or product

  • Buyer error

Please check sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact support within 30 days of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photographs of the problem

  • photographs taken on a flat, well-lit surface where possible

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because access is provided instantly, digital downloads are generally non-refundable unless:

  • the file is defective,

  • the file cannot be accessed,

  • or you have been supplied with the wrong product.

If you're experiencing technical issues, please get in touch and I'll do everything I can to resolve them.

Commissioned Artwork

Commission work is a bespoke creative service created specifically for each client.

Before Work Begins

You may cancel your commission before work has started. Any refund will be subject to any terms agreed during the commissioning process.

After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on how much work has already been completed. This reflects the time spent creating sketches, concepts, revisions, and finished artwork.

If the completed artwork matches the agreed brief, style, and approved revisions, refunds will not normally be offered simply because you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.

If I am unable to complete your commission, an appropriate full or partial refund will be provided depending on the stage of completion.

Donations, Tips & Locked Content

Donations, tips, and paid locked content are voluntary purchases and are non-refundable once payment has been completed.

If you experience technical problems accessing paid content, please contact:

and I'll work with Fourthwall to resolve the issue.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Fourthwall.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna or Afterpay (where available)

  • Other local payment methods depending on your country

International Orders

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, I cannot estimate these charges before purchase.

Merchant of Record

Physical product orders are processed by Fourthwall, who act as the Merchant of Record and manage payment processing, fulfilment, and certain aspects of customer support.

Where a policy on this page differs from Fourthwall's legal obligations as Merchant of Record, Fourthwall's policies will apply to the fulfilment of physical product orders.

For commissioned artwork, digital products, and other creative services supplied directly by Gainful Bhaji, the relevant Commission Terms & Conditions and other website policies apply.
